aiyaa.. so toot. finally there's a day when me and pj can walk together to her amh there while i go zy's house den go lesson. BUT! i left my mat above the lockers there and had to go back take. hahaha. no fate la!
and the day before i went jogging. gosh... today i nearly totally died! muscle ache lo.
then still need to continue to strain them.
